The space needed to reflect the speed, heritage, and energetic feel of Philadelphia. With 65,000 sq ft in our hands at the new Riverwalk location, we developed destinations throughout the store that are intuitive, modern, and curated. Both a hub for the curious customer and the shopper who needs a few items, the customer journey is modeled after a versatile guest. Adding local flair, artists in the area collaborated to create custom artwork to display across Riverwalk.
The first destination shoppers are greeted with is the lobby. A blend of natural light, wood materials and custom light fixtures bring this area to life. Knowing that some shoppers don’t have the time to browse the store we made the main floor home to “Giant Direct”, where guests can pick-up groceries, order items, or simply grab a cup of coffee all in one stop.
