Wendy’s goal is to delight every customer by keeping them at the center of everything they do, including this concept design in the Company’s hometown. The one-of-a-kind restaurant serves as a live learning lab – a place to test, learn, and innovate – to give customers a positive restaurant experience that will bring them back more often.

EXPAND THE EXPERIENCE

A new airy open feel to the interior of the restaurant is surrounded by large windows that provide natural light, with charging stations and free Wi-Fi, inviting customers to enjoy the space, hang out, and stay a while.  Expanding the seating capacity with a heated, covered patio, produces a more tailored social experience. These elements, among others, are all about providing the very best Wendy’s experience, while also focusing on fresh ingredients and innovation.

It’s all about that first impression; from drive-thru to dine-in, every customer can experience what Wendy’s has been promoting for years: fresh, never frozen ingredients, friendly service, and an upbeat, modern atmosphere. Glass door refrigerators feature the word “fresh”, and you can see how Wendy’s stores the ingredients for fresh salads, along with other fresh produce for sandwiches. The open kitchen brings in more natural light and allows for more transparency.

Self-order kiosks give Wendy’s customers a contemporary and simple ordering experience, giving them more control by allowing order customization at their own pace.  Printed menus and a team member, who serves as the host, are available to help customers place their orders. Once the order is ready, a team member serves the customer at their table with a smile, presenting new higher-sided trays and updated, modern food packaging.
