What if a space actively engaged, inspired, and informed all with the touch of a finger? What if that same multi-level environment still felt like a cohesive journey for every shopper?

GADGETS OF DESIRE

The new Croma store is all about supporting personal tech and the shopper’s lifestyle. We wanted to be sure the store was as accessible as possible with a location where core shoppers live and play every day. The new store design is always active, with movement and light, to draw shoppers in from the street. Knowing shoppers need to try and play with technology, we made the entire space interactive, allowing the consumer to test a wide variety of products. The space bright with a casual feel–utilizing timeless materials to create a layered and textured shopping experience.

SMALL SPACE, ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES

To play up self-exploration, we implemented new storytelling techniques and a friendly communication style throughout the space. Endless aisle interactive touch points allow shoppers to explore all of Croma for added convenience. With the mission to “help you, buy!” knowledgeable Croma team members are available to assist shoppers pick the perfect products to enhance their life.

REWIRING SHOPPER ENGAGEMENT

Whether your testing tunes at the first floor headphone station or creating your own personal light show on the second, Croma has become a beacon for the curious consumer. Adapting to a culture where the unboxing of products is just another step in the purchasing process was the catalyst to each curated zone; transcending information to shopper through digital and physical representation in a confined manner helped propel the overall design aesthetic.
