Director, Business Development

The primary role of the Director, Business Development is to bring a strategic, big-picture vision to Chute Gerdeman’s business development efforts. We seek vision and ambition. We are looking to change the paradigm of how CG goes to market, and employ new approaches, new tools, and new ideas to successfully conquer a new world of experiences.

The successful candidate must understand the broad landscape of our business, but will bring focus and rigor to all engagements. We are no longer interested in casting a “wide net,” and hoping to catch a couple fish; CG is determined to sharpen our strategy and hone our tactics to capitalize on our strengths in key markets.

The Director, Business Development will develop and activate go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales. He/she will establish ambitious but attainable sales targets, and purposefully execute to achieve and surpass those targets.

Inside Sales Executive

We believe great minds don’t think alike. Working with, for and alongside some of the world’s most well known brands, we imagine and re-imagine brands, identities, environments and every other customer touch point from brand communication materials to merchandising fixtures to packaging.

As the Inside Sales Executive, you will champion Chute Gerdeman’s creativity, innovation and strategy, and use this passion to identify, develop and engage new business relationships. We are looking for a driven, competitive Inside Sales Executive who can partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate new business for Chute Gerdeman. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with suspects and prospects, generating interest, qualifying and closing sales. This individual should be confident in his/her capabilities to source and close new business.
