Chute Gerdeman welcomes three new team members and announces a recent promotion. David Birnbaum has been promoted to Director of Retail Architecture and Gayle Morrison, Doug Young and Amanda Ward join thebusiness development team.

Birnbaum steps up to Director of Retail Architecture, leading Chute Gerdeman’s architectural and engineering documentation and integrated construction services. Chute Gerdeman’s President, Brian Shafley, said, “David provides strong leadership, particularly on our significant AAFES Exchange account. This promotion recognizes his ongoing role in Chute Gerdeman’s success.”

With more than 15 years of experience, Morrison joins Chute Gerdeman as Director of Business Development. She is responsible for initiating contacts and developing relationships with decision-makers in the retail, restaurant and manufacturing industries. She also works with the marketing department to develop compelling messages and marketing communication materials for prospective clients.

Young has been hired as Manager of Business Development. He is responsible for implementing sales-appropriate marketing programs for various retail segments.He brings high energy, insightful views and a sound understanding of retail to the Chute Gerdeman business development team.

With four years of experience, Ward is another addition to the new business team. As Manager of Business Development, she is charged with building relationships with potential clients and uncovering new opportunities to grow the business.
